How scheduling works:

We will check our schedule for available open slots that match your preferences
If you need a specific date, time, or time range, a scheduling fee applies — this covers the manual process of researching pilot and crew availability for dates we may not already be flying
Once confirmed, your voucher will be redeemed and converted into a reservation in our system
Your reservation is then subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies, just like any other booking
